No, we are a walk-in facility and an appointment is not required. If you have a non-emergency medical need, feel free to visit us at your convenience during our hours of operation.
Please bring a copy of your ID and most recent insurance card. If you are currently taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications, please be prepared to provide that information as well.
If you have a work injury, bring an authorization to be treated by your supervisor or come with your supervisor.
We accept most insurance plans as well as Medicare. We also accept cash, all major credit cards and many forms of travel insurance.
The full list of insurance providers are listed here.
Payment is required at the time of service for the amount not covered by your insurance plan. If you have insurance, please note that most insurance plans require an up-front co-pay amount for which the patient is responsible. If you do not have insurance, payment is required in full. Please contact your insurance provider with questions regarding coverage as we do not know the details of the coverage under your plan.
Health care insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the costs of medical care. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, please call our office at 708-478-2500. Please be aware that you are ultimately responsible for payment of charges that the insurance company doesn’t cover.
Since we are a walk-in emergency care, we do not offer appointments?
