In order for students to attend most schools in the state of Illinois, they need to be evaluated by a health care professional. We are experienced in providing physicals to children, and will work with your busy schedule to get the physical completed in the a fraction of the time for a fraction of the price. Please note that we do not offer childhood immunizations.
